Zo lekker al mijn nieuwe stempels van LOTV. Weer gelijk veel zin en inspiratie om te knutselen. Al voor het nieuwe jaar heb ik heerlijk in mijn kamer een kaartje gemaakt. Helaas had ik niet de tijd om hem te plaatsen omdat ik heerlijk vakantie aan het vieren was in Zweden met mijn zoon, man en vader, stiefmoeder en (half )broertje. Heb een geweldige tijd daar gehad en wat een wonderschoon land is dat zeg.
Goed, dit kaartje hadden jullie dus nog tegoed. Lieve zachte kleuren gebruikt voor deze keer.

So nice to have my new LOTV stamps. Directly I have a lot of inspiration and the urdge to use them. Before the newyear I made this one but didn’t had the time to post because I was on a great christmasholiday in Sweden. Had a really great time overthere with my son, husband and my father, step-mother and my (half) brother. What a beautiful country.
Oke this card is the one I made. Soft and sweet colors this time.

Liefde is … / Love is …

Voor een bruiloft kregen we een het verzoek van een correspondentiekaartje een leuk kaartje met een berichtje voor het bruidspaar van te maken. Wat leuk en origineel dus aan de slag maar. Dat ik de stempel van LOTV ‘Bubble bath’ ging gebruiken stond direct vast. Zo leuk die stempel. Zie het bruidspaar al zitten, in bad met een glas champagne en dan al die kaartjes bekijken die ze ontvangen hebben. De stempel is ingekleurd met Distress inkt. Verder heb ik op de bellen en het water een beetje glossy accent aangebracht voor een echt water effect.  De bloemen zijn deels geponst. Wel heb ik alle bloemen met de mini mister besproeid met een mooie roze glans verf. De brads in het midden zijn van Panduro. Aan de zijkant heb ik een label ingestoken die ook met de mini mister is bewerkt. Hierop staan een aantal Liefde is … spreuken die met het huwelijk te maken hebben. Aan de achterzijde van het label staan onze namen. Leuk met verschillende roze en blauwe lintjes eraan. Twee mooie charms om het geheel af te maken. Ben echt heel tevreden met het resultaat. Hoop dat het bruidspaar het ook mooi zal vinden.
Tevens doe ik met deze kaart mee met de nieuwe LOTV challenge #120.

For a wedding we got the request to make from a postcard a card for the couple with a message for them. Very original idea so I go for it. That I would use the LOTV stamp ‘Bubble bath’ was for sure. I can see the couple in the bath reading all the lovely cards they got. The stamp is colored with Distress ink. On the bubbles and water I’ve put some Glossy accent for a real watery effect. Some flowers are made with a punch. With a mini mister I’ve put some shiny pink paint on all of the flowers. The brads are from Panduro. At the side of the card I’ve put a label also with pink paint from the mini mister. On the label are a few ‘Love is’ wedding sentiments like Love is …  hold each other tight and Love is … say yes to one another Love is … someone you can always count on. On the other side I’ve put our names. Then some pink and blue ribbon on it. Two charms to finish the card. I’m very pleased with the result. Hope that the couple likes it too.
I will put this card up for the LOTV challenge # 120, creature comforts.

Happy holidays

Tijd voor een kerstkaartje.

Deze was ik aan het maken toen ik de challenge van LOTV las. Hij sloot heel mooi aan bij mijn kaartje dus maar plaatsen op de Challenge blog van LOTV. Het thema is bright and sparkly. Geen probleem natuurlijk met een kerstkaart.

Time for a christmascard. I was making one when I read the challenge from LOTV. Then I thought my card is perfect for the challenge so time to enter. This weeks challenge for LOTV challenge blog is Bright and Sparkly. No problem for a christmas card of course! At the end of this post you will find all the materials I’ve used.

hello world

Als je eenmaal op dreef bent ga je soms gewoon lekker door. En dat heb ik ook gedaan, want na die twee meisjes geboortekaartjes vond ik het tijd voor een jongensgeboortekaartje. Hier het resultaat. Lief he?!
De stempels zijn van Inkadinkado. Het afdrukje is ingekleurd met Karisma potloden; 904, 906 en 1015. Verder heb ik gebruikt Bazzill Basics, powder blue, Stickles waterfall, brads van Papermania en plakpareltjes van Artemio.

If you are on a roll you just keep on going and thats what I did. After two girls birthcard I made a boys birthcard. Here is the result, sweet isn’t it.
The stamp and sentiment are from a set clearstamps from Inkadinkado. I’ve colored it with Karisma pencils; 904, 906 and 1015. The cardstock is from Bazzill Basics, powder blue. The other papers are from my stock with no brand. To make it complete I’ve used Stickles Waterfall, brads from Papermania and pearls from Artemio.

Hey diddle diddle

Als je een kaartje maakt in opdracht maak ik er soms twee, zodat ze kunnen kiezen. Zo ook deze keer. Dit is de tweede die ik gemaakt had. Ze heeft wel voor de eerste gekozen dus deze komt bij mijn voorraadje kaarten. De stempel en tekst is van dezelfde set clearstamps van Inkadinkado.

If you have to make a card for someone else sometimes I make two so they can choose. She chose the first one so this one is going in to my stack. The stamp and sentiment is also from the clearstampset from Inkadinkado.

A baby is a precious gift

Leuk als iemand je vraagt een kaartje te maken. Vorige week is mij gevraagd een kaartje te maken met een mooie strik, bloemetjes papier, geponsde bloemen en glitter voor de geboorte van een lief klein meisje. Dat doen we natuurlijk wel. Dit is het resultaat.
Het afdrukje is ingekleurd met Derwent colorsoft potloden. Een mooie charm met de tekst “made with love” om het af te maken.  De stempel en tekst zijn van een set clearstempels van het merk Inkadinkado.

I feel honored when someone askes me to make a card. This week I was asked to make a card with flower paper, flowers, a ribbon and glitter for the birth of a sweet little baby girl. Ofcourse I would do that. Here is the result. The image is colored with Derwent colorsoft pencils. Also a sweet charm with the tekst ‘made with love’. The sentiment and stamp are from a set clearstamps fro the brand Inkadinkado.

Hmm lekker die koudere dagen, weer terug naar binnen en dan heerlijk in je hobbykamer freubelen.
Leuk kaartje gemaakt met Tilda papier en een stempel van LOTV.  Het Tilda designpapier is van de serie Autumgarden. Verder heb ik Bazzill basics papier, kleur petalsoft gebruikt. De brad is van Panduro. De pareltjes zijn van Artemio en de Sstickles is de kleur fruit punch. Het stempelafdrukje heb ik ingekleurd met Derwent Colorsoft potloden.

Lots of love

Je merkt dat het weer minder wordt en je meer tijd binnen doorbrengt. En dus meer tijd maakt voor je hobby. Bij mij is dat toch wel kaartjes maken. En dus hier weer een nieuwe. Maar natuurlijk een kaartje met een stempel van LOTV. Twee lieve konijntjes in een heerlijk bad vol schuim onder het genot van een glaasje.
De stempel is ingekleurd met Derwent potloden. Het schuim heb ik voorzien van Stickles diamond en daaroverheen Glossy Accent. Het designpapier is van Papermania en de groene weet ik niet. Lintje, bedel en bloemetjes om het af te maken.

The weather is getting colder so you spend more time indoors. And so more time for your hobby. For me that is making cards for the most time. And so here is a new one. But ofcourse with a LOTV stamp. Two cute bunnies in a bubblebath.
The stamp is colored with Derwent pencils. The foam in the bath got Stickles diamond and over it some Glossy accent. The designpaper is from Papermania. The green one I don’t know. And at the end flowers, ribbon and a charm. Finished.

Happy Birthday

Daar ben ik weer. Afgelopen dagen weer eens een beetje tijd doorgebracht in mijn hobbykamer. Gister zelfs samen met mijn zoontje. Heel gezellig. Mijn resultaat; een kaartje met een LOTV stempel. Het handige van deze stempel is dat er verschillende teksten bijgeleverd zijn dus voor diverse gelegenheden te gebruiken. Het dubbelzijdige designpapier in van Rahyer, Karin-Marie Klip, Pink stars. Voor het inkleuren heb ik Derwent potloden gebruikt. Kleurnummers: C200, C470, C490, C530 en Karismacolor nr. 930. De randen van kaart enz heb ik bewerkt met Distress inkt Worn lipstick. Velvet ribbon van Panduro. De bloemen zijn met een pons gemaakt. Nog een paar brads en plaksteentjes om het compleet te maken.

here I’m again. Last days I’ve had the time to sit in my craftroom. Yesterday even together with my son, very cosy. The result, a card with a LOTV stamp. This one is very handy because of the different sentiments that you get with the stamp. So for all kind off occasions you can make a card. The designpaper is from Rahyer, Karen-Marie Klip, pink stars. For the coloring I’ve used Derwent pencils; C200, C470, C490, C 530 and Karismacolor 930. the edges of the card and so on have some Distress ink worn lipstick. The velvet ribbon is  from Panduro. The flowers are made with a punch. Some brads and rhinestones to finish it.

Terug van weggeweest / I’m back

Hi allemaal,

We zijn er weer. Drukke tijd achter de rug; vakantie, afspraken, zoontje voor het eerst naar school, enz. Nu is het gewone ritme weer een beetje terug. En dat betekent natuurlijk tijd voor de hobby! Gelukkig maar, ik begon het al erg te missen. Voor alle drukte was ik begonnen met het maken van een kaartje. Die lag er tot op vanochtend nog steeds. Nu niet meer, hij is af. Hieronder het resutlaat. Onderaan dit bericht staan de gebruikte materialen. Laten we hopen dat we af en toe de tijd vinden om even lekker een kaartje in elkaar te zetten en hier te tonen.

Hi everybody,
Were back!! Back from a time with lots of appointments, holiday, son to school for the first time, etc. But now the rhythm is back to normal. And that means time to create! I started to miss it. Before the full agenda I started with a card and that one was still laying on my desk untill this morning. Yep, i’ts finished. The result is below. On the end of this post there is a list wth the materials. Let’s hope that from time to time we are able to create.
