Voor een bruiloft kregen we een het verzoek van een correspondentiekaartje een leuk kaartje met een berichtje voor het bruidspaar van te maken. Wat leuk en origineel dus aan de slag maar. Dat ik de stempel van LOTV ‘Bubble bath’ ging gebruiken stond direct vast. Zo leuk die stempel. Zie het bruidspaar al zitten, in bad met een glas champagne en dan al die kaartjes bekijken die ze ontvangen hebben. De stempel is ingekleurd met Distress inkt. Verder heb ik op de bellen en het water een beetje glossy accent aangebracht voor een echt water effect. De bloemen zijn deels geponst. Wel heb ik alle bloemen met de mini mister besproeid met een mooie roze glans verf. De brads in het midden zijn van Panduro. Aan de zijkant heb ik een label ingestoken die ook met de mini mister is bewerkt. Hierop staan een aantal Liefde is … spreuken die met het huwelijk te maken hebben. Aan de achterzijde van het label staan onze namen. Leuk met verschillende roze en blauwe lintjes eraan. Twee mooie charms om het geheel af te maken. Ben echt heel tevreden met het resultaat. Hoop dat het bruidspaar het ook mooi zal vinden.

For a wedding we got the request to make from a postcard a card for the couple with a message for them. Very original idea so I go for it. That I would use the LOTV stamp ‘Bubble bath’ was for sure. I can see the couple in the bath reading all the lovely cards they got. The stamp is colored with Distress ink. On the bubbles and water I’ve put some Glossy accent for a real watery effect. Some flowers are made with a punch. With a mini mister I’ve put some shiny pink paint on all of the flowers. The brads are from Panduro. At the side of the card I’ve put a label also with pink paint from the mini mister. On the label are a few ‘Love is’ wedding sentiments like Love is … hold each other tight and Love is … say yes to one another Love is … someone you can always count on. On the other side I’ve put our names. Then some pink and blue ribbon on it. Two charms to finish the card. I’m very pleased with the result. Hope that the couple likes it too.
